Some of the main dynamics that influence my approach to how I work with others on a one-on-one basis is the realization that each and every person’s journey is unique, special, and different than everyone else’s. Each person has their own specific personal challenges they are facing and their own difficulties they want to permanently remove from their life. Each person also has their own dreams and goals that are special to them, and inspire and invigorate them too.
When it comes to overcoming personal challenges (including what many call “depression”); if you study the individuals that have gotten out of dark places and Completely Transformed their lives, you will realize that there are some predictable points in the journey that stand out.
One of these predictable points is that “Breakthrough moment”. This is that moment when you become completely certain and vividly clear about what has you feeling down, and are able to say, “THAT is it! THAT is why I am feeling this way! THAT is what is causing all of my challenges right now! E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G makes so much sense!"
By now, maybe you have seen or heard me reference that, “I am a Master Practitioner in a 5-8 hour experience that is clinically proven to generate full remission of depressive symptoms with a 0% relapse rate in the study” (or something along those lines) and how this experience and the techniques used in it "has also been proven to be effective with anger management, phobias, addictions, (smoking, overeating, drugs) and creating a Breakthrough in just about anything such as career, physical fitness, appearance, school, financial matters or self-defeating patterns in relationships.
Well, this is an experience called the “Breakthrough Session” (or “BTS”). You can imagine what this session is designed to help you create.
However, as effective and powerful as the Breakthrough Session may be, two things also are true:
1) 5-8 hours in one day or two back-to-back days may seem like a lot for some people, or be more than you’re looking for right now (I, personally, would rather have my struggles disappear in one day instead of chip away at them for one year, but let’s save that conversation for another time).
2) There is another predictable point in the journey that comes before the Breakthrough moment. That point is the point when you first start to turn this thing around and get back going in the right direction again.
In many ways, creating a “turnaround point” automatically sends you down the right path. That path is one that leads to you creating that Breakthrough moment for yourself.
It is important to realize that, like any journey, there is a sequence to these “predictable points” in the journey. Point 1 is point #1 for a reason. Like many things in life, we need to take this one step, one challenge, one day, and one moment at a time.
This means we need to focus on Point #1 first, get you some immediate relief; and you turned around and going in the right direction again.
That is why I start all of the one-on-one work I conduct with a “Turnaround Session”.
No matter how far down the wrong path you may have gone, you can always turn around.

Turnaround Session Details:
The Turnaround Session is a one-on-one, 30-40+ minute session that I offer on a complimentary basis to everyone (I often go over 40 minutes, hence the "+" sign).
It is structured to help you take the first steps of breaking free from whatever has you feeling this way. It also is a great way to experience what it is like to work with me one-on-one. We start with wherever you are and however you are feeling, and then do everything we can to get you unstuck and moving forward again.
In the Turnaround Session, you can expect to:
- Get your motivation and will-power back so you can start doing the things you normally do when these “down times” and “personal challenges” are not in the way.
- Begin to discover the main obstacles that are preventing you from feeling the way you want to feel (this includes the hidden challenges that are sabotaging your ability to tackle this on your own).
- Create a strategy and clear plan of action to completely turn “this thing” around and eliminate it from your life once and for all. That way you can get back to being the person you really, truly are at your core.
Yes, the 5-8 hour experience (a.k.a. "Breakthrough Session") or the full 6-month program I mention throughout this site may be what you are looking for longer term. However, there are certain predictable points that are common in any journey that involves conquering personal challenges.
Having done this myself and plenty of times with my clients, it is safe to say that creating a “turnaround point” is the first "predictable point" in this journey. This logically makes the Turnaround Session the place to start.
During the Turnaround Session we will do everything we can to get you the clarity your looking for, and create some inspiration by knowing that you are truly going in the right direction again.
